We can have your property listed depending on your situation in as little time as 7 days from the first meeting. After the initial meeting, we will set a date to have our Stager come for a walk through for a staging consult if requested. Making minor tweaks make a huge difference in the eyes of perspective buyers walking through your property.
Then we will have the media team come through to do the production. High quality HDR photographs are essential to boost online interest. We will also launch the drone to take shots/video providing a great idea of property lines and surrounding areas. Dusk shots are also available upon request.
We will design an engaging 4k video around 60 seconds long highlighting your property which is great for social media and links on the MLS.

Virtual Tours and Floor plans are essential in our current climate. It gives buyers a feel for your property before they even set foot inside. This will bring the serious buyers through and will not waste your time.

Get Your Property Seen Online
We will list your property for sale on both the local real estate board and the Toronto Real Estate Board. On Realtor.ca, you will see two listings. In addition, we will run a social media ad target specific demographics we will profile to get the eyes on your property that will have the highest likelihood of buying.
On top of this, we will create a custom standalone website (example www.222luxurylane.com) with all the details a feature sheet would contain. Upon request, we can have feature sheets made for your property although given the current situation, we have substituted the stand alone website so there are no touch points. We can also track where the traffic is coming from, ie. Toronto, Local, Facebook, Drive By's, etc which we can use to retarget marketing if need be.
The Goal: Get as many eyes on your property as possible and sell for the highest price, in the shortest period of time to a qualified buyer who can complete the transaction come closing.
Professional RE/MAX Signage, classy post installed by a professional with a custom URL Banner will be installed in front of your property.
Appointments & Offers
Let the appointments begin! Every appointment will come through our appointment centre. There are a few options how you will be notified and how you can accept the showings. We will go into more detail during the meeting. All people through your property will be accompanied by a licensed realtor or Wesley will be there showing the buyer through.
Once an offer comes in, all parties who have showed, have an appointment to show will be notified. We will go into more detail on this topic as well.
